Roll of Honour

Barns Green & Itchingfield Roll of Honour

This is an ongoing exercise to capture the names of all those men from the Parish who gave their lives in The Great War. It is not complete, although we hope it will be by the time of the 100th anniversary of the end of the war. It includes men linked to the villages by birth/family as well as by domicile and hence the inclusion of some of the names may well be the subject of debate. What is certain is that all of these men gave their lives for their country and as such are worthy of our remembrance.
